Error when trying to retrieve data from network - excel business online as data in power apps

I built an app in power apps and the Data is Excel (online Business), the excel file is stored in sharepoint.
i shared the app with everyone and for some people it is still showing an error, for some others it is working just fine even if the person A and B are in the same team.

the users get this error:

i checked the permissions in sharepoint and i granted access to all the teams.

    I have the same issue, everything worked fine until Monday. Any luck figuring this out?
