I am helping a co-worker with an app developed by someone else who has left the company. In the Tree View, just under the App entry is an entry for PowerBI Integration which I have never seen before. When I select it, there is nothing in either properties or advanced and I can't seem to be able to remove it from the tree view either. There isn't a 3 dots for that line in the tree view.
Can someone advise how this would have been added, what it does, and how I can get rid of it? This app should not have any linkage to Power BI.
Thanks,
Lori
Hi @LRVinNC ,
Based on the screenshot that you mentioned, I think this canvas app is used as an embedded app within Power BI report through "PowerApps Custom Visual".
When you embed an canvas app in Power BI report via the "PowerApps Custom Visual", the PowerBIIntegration control would be generated automatically within this canvas app.
More details about embedding a canvas app in Power BI report using "PowerApps Custom Visual", please check the following blog or video:

If you want to remove the PowerBIIntegration control from your app, I afraid that there is no way to achieve your needs currently. If you want to get rid of this PowerBIIntegration control, you could consider re-create a new standalone canvas app based on your data source, then the PowerBIIntegration control would not show up.
