Error accessing the data source

Hello,

I have been experiencing the following issue with PowerApps for the past month. I would appreciate any solutions or advice.

Issue: An error message stating "The request was not sent or there was no response from the server" appears.

Details: The app created with PowerApps, which has been in use for over a year, suddenly started showing the above error message. This issue has been occurring since October 28, 2024, and has not been resolved. Specifically, the app is unable to connect to data sources such as SharePoint and OneDrive. However, I can access the SharePoint lists and OneDrive Excel files directly from the device. It seems that the error occurs only when accessing the data sources from PowerApps.

I have already tried the following steps:

  • Signed in again

  • Re-shared the data sources

  • Enabled third-party cookies and local data storage

  • Cleared the browser cache and cookies

  • Added SharePoint and OneDrive to "Connections" in PowerApps

  • Updated the OS version

Thank you for your assistance.

Can you please provide information on,
    • What is the functionality of the app?
    • What connectors you are consuming in this app and what is the authentication mode used on each connection?
    • This error is appearing for any particular user of for all users of the app?
    • This error is appearing for only specific device or all type of devices?
this will help us to help your better.

Thank you for your response. I apologize if my question was unclear. Here are the details:

What is the function of the app?

→The app registers pre-acquired data to a SharePoint list, linking it with operation dates, users, and evaluation results.

What connectors are used in this app, and what authentication modes are used for each connection?

    →OAuth 2.0

Is this error displayed for all users of the app or only specific users?

→The error occurs for all users only when using Windows tablets.

Does this error appear on specific devices only, or on all types of devices?

â†’The error occurs only on Windows tablets. When two accounts signed in on both Windows PCs and Windows tablets, the app worked fine on PCs but encountered errors on tablets.

Have you tried creating a new sample app, added the same data sources to see if the new app can access the data sources?
Was the app deployed to a different environment other than the environment that it was created in? Is it a managed app? Does it use environment variables?
    Is your licensing still valid?
How many people use the app? Does the app work for the developer and no one else?
