How much will the messages cost after limit of 25000 is reached?

Dear MS Team,

I need your help with the following:

I am going to use a bot created in Copilot Studio in production.

For this I need to purchase the license(please correct me if I am wring):

- tenant licence

- user licence (is this license just for 1 team mate)?

According to this https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-copilot/microsoft-copilot-studio#Pricing

the price is 200$/monthly (for 25000 messages)

so my questions are:

- How much will the messages after the limit costs?

- So 200$/monthly is the total price to go with the created copilot to production (if I am not going to exceed the limit)?

Take a look at the reply by Henry James from the Copilot Studio team (1) Solved: Microsoft Copilot Studio pricing - Power Platform Community MS doesn't publish a set cost for additional message capacity because it varies by region. But occasional overages will be tolerated so its not a firm 25,000 message limit. If you consistently go over that limit then MS will ask you to buy additional capacity.

The message consumption for the environment is available in the Power Platform Admin center in the Resources > Capacity > Summary screen. I don't think it singles out specific bots. Manage Microsoft Copilot Studio messages and capacity - Microsoft Copilot Studio | Microsoft Learn

oh, ok, I see

one more question - what is the tenant license? How much does it cost? is it an addition to MS Copilot Studio licence or this is the same thing?

The tenant license is the one that gives you the 25,000 messages capacity. The price quoted is $200/month, but that can vary based on region. Once you buy that for the tenant you will also be able to add user licenses for free. Users who create bots will need the free license (or a trial license). Users who interact with the published bot don't need licenses, but interactions with the bot count against the 25,000 message capacity.

You can see the consumption of messages in the Power Platform admin center. But I don't think it goes down to the level of a particular bot.
