Hi,
How can we have access to power app developer plan?
what is the Cost of Licensing for power app Developer plan ?
Does developer plan needs a separate licensing? or it comes with the power app per app plan or power app per user plan?
pls let me know the above as i have lot of confusion?

A developer plan is free and lets you develop and test apps, including those with premium connectors. This makes it as capable as a per app or per user plan, however, it is not intended for commercial use or production. If you want to explore and learn about Power Apps, it is a great way to do it.
