i get error message like this when i opened my powerapps, please help ..

According to the error message, the specific user who login to run this canvas app does not have a power apps premium license, like power apps per user plan or the power apps per app plan. You need to assign premium plan mentioned above to this specific user so that he would be able to run the app with premium features inside.

By the way, you can also navigate to make.powerapps.com to check license of current user's license like below snap:
