How to Duplicate a Solution in the Same Environment

Hello,

I'm searching for a streamline solution to create an exact replica of a soution just changing application, tables and PowerAutomates names prefix.

I have used a secondary Dev environmnent to import, make names changes and reimport the solution in the original Dev Environment, howerver the table's logical names doesn't change and new tables are not created.

XRMToolBox seems a good approach for table duplication, but .msapp editing for changing datasources references isn't straight forward.

Is there any other better option to carry out this process?

You can clone a solution and make your changes to that one.

If you are exporting the solution, you can update the solution file and the customisation file to suit your requirement.

1. Clone the Solution

2. Export the Solution as Unmanged and use it

cloning doesn't create a new solution. It only updates the existing one. Please let me know if there is any other process to create a duplicate.
