Hi, I am using book a room template for our organization for meeting room booking. Is there any way to set user's calendar as available when the meeting room is booked? As of now once the meeting room booked, user's calendar will be busy during the time slot. Can we edit the code to set as available? @v-xida-msft

Hi,

I believe that the user availability in calendar is determined by the outlook calendar system. I'm not certain there is anything in the Power Apps side of things that can be done to change this. This might be a better question for that team. If any other communities member might have an idea feel free to chime in, otherwise if you would like you can always open a ticket with Microsoft support.
