unable to create ticket

When trying to create a support ticket, there is no button that allows you to go forward to submit it even though all of the required fields are populated. there are also no error messages

    Just to clarify, are you encountering this issue within PowerApps or another support platform? If it's PowerApps, it could be related to a UI issue or a permissions setting.
     
    Let me know, and I'd be happy to help troubleshoot further!
