Solutions tab/option not showing in the left nav powerapps portal

So I created a custome component using PCF , and made a solution.zip file, now according to powerapps docs , i need to import this file into powerapps Solution , but I cannot seems to find Solutions section anywhere as is mentioned in docs.

Hi @Anonymous,

It looks like you don't proper permissions in this environment to work with the solutions. Can you tell me more about your environment and what security roles do you have?
