I have one Text field input and One lookup field .when i put value in text input field ,this Value automatically assign to lookup field. Is it possible??

Yes Is Possible.
But i did not understand Lookup Field. (Basically, if you are using the Lookup field then it will be the Combobox).
So if you want to Set the Value you entered in the text Box for ComboBox then YOu can set the Combobox "DefalutSelectedItem" property like TextInput.Text.
if the solution not met your requirement then Please provide more details about your Issue, Like what exactly you going to achieve,
