Commit was rejected because it contains one or more secrets - Dataverse Git Integration

Hi all,

I have a Power App and its connection reference stored inside an unmanaged solution in my Development environment. The App uses Office365 connection and SQL Server connection (authentication is SQL Server Authentication). I have also integrated Git for this solution. When it's time to commit, I got this error:

Commit was rejected because it contains one or more secrets.

I would like to ask on how to resolve this error, and have anyone encountered this before?

Thank you!

I'd use environment variables to store sensitive values, instead of hardcoding credentials in your connections. This keeps them out of source control and makes your solution more portable.
