Power Apps People Picker shows only 30 users

I have prepared my data in a SharePoint List where the Approvers column is set as Person.

In Power Apps, I am using the following formula for the ComboBox control:
Choices([@'Travel Plan'].Approvers)

I have included Microsoft 365 users as data, however, the People Picker only displays about 30 users in the Approvers field. I need it to show all users in my Microsoft 365 tenant.

Could you please advise if this is a limitation of the Choices function in Power Apps or a configuration issue, and how I can make the Approvers field display/search all users in my tenant?

Thank you for your support!

    Hello,

try using this instead in your combobox:

    Filter( Office365Users.SearchUser({searchTerm: ComboBox1.SearchText, top: 999}), AccountEnabled = true )

Also, dont forget to add the Office365Users connector to your app.

Firstly @StretchFredrik is correct in the alternative Items for your Combo Box. You however need to be aware of the effect of this change on particularly the Update of your Data Card and the DefaultSelectedItems of the Combo Box. This blog of mine sets out the various options dealing with Person fields with Combo Boxes.
