Center of Excellence Admin Sync Template Flow Failing

Hello

I was working on the center of excellence and I imported the package into a solution and followed the step which is provided into the documentation. When I try to run the Admin Sync template flow, it is failing.

can anyone guide me what is causing to fail this flow?

The error I am getting is that
