How to share Entities with other users?!

Earilier before spring update, sharing Entities to other users used to be done via sharing their enviroments and

Permission sets which gives the admin to decide which user has which access for each entity.

After spring update, Enviroments are managed in Dynamics 365 Administration Center, and there, i am kind of lost unable to find how to share an enviroment and define entities access for my users.

Any idea where to start?

Okay, it all starts here: -

Manage security, users, and teams and specifically here Troubleshooting: User needs read-write access. But I do not find straight forward guidance so, until I aquire necessary knolwdge in this, I am developing a Security Role depending on "trial and error"!
