Files missing during bulk PDF upload in power automate flow from SharePoint for AI builder.

AI builder has been created for Invoice processing for which source is SharePoint. While uploading PDF into SharePoint folder, Power automate flow is not triggered for all the uploaded pdfs.

For example : if 30 PDFs are uploaded in a folder, the flow is taking only 28 PDFs.

Hi @Anonymous - thanks for letting us know about this.

    • Would it be possible to share a screenshot of your flow?
    • Does it always happen the same way? Every time you upload 30 PDFs, only 28 PDFs are processed?

    Thank you!

    1.PFB screenshot of the flow.

2.Does it always happen the same way? Every time you upload 30 PDFs, only 28 PDFs are processed?--
Ans : Yes whenever I upload separate PDFs. it will trigger with all the uploaded PDF. but if I will Upload bulk of PDFS like 30, 15, 20. it will miss 1-2 PDFs every time.

example : 30 uploaded if I will check the flow output only 28 triggered.

                    15 uploaded 12 triggered.

                    20 uploaded 19 triggered.

                    23 uploaded 21 triggered.

Hi @Anonymous - thanks for your patience.

Just to double confirm, then on the Excel file you don't get all the data you expect to be extracted from all the files?

As next step, I'd suggest recommending opening a support request here: https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/support so the team can investigate why the flow doesn't run as expected.

With above link still there is no solution regarding this problem. Is there any other solution for this problem ?

Hi @Anonymous - you've opened a support ticket and we were not able to help you there? Was a reason provided?
