Can't "Enable data movement across regions"

Q1.
The system doesn't show both options (Move Data Across Regions & Bing Search).
Is this normal?
How can I be allowed to enable "Move Data Across Regions"? What should I tell my IT colleagues?

Q2.
The system doesn't allow me to click the Bing Search box. Please help.

I hope you are doing well.

Q1) The additional authorizations may not be needed depending on your tenant policy. In my company, I didn't have either of the squares to tick (by default, my tenant allows movement of data).
These authorizations are needed in order to use generative answers on your sharepoint and on the internet. If you can create a chatbot that interrogates your sharepoint no problem then it should be that your organization lets you move data accross regions by default.

Q2) Ask somebody with additional credentials. The owner of the powerapps environment maybe.
