Call an action - create a flow not working

Hello,

I've tried to follow the quick start guide (linked below) but got stuck on calling an action to create a flow. I've created three flows but none of them appear under call an action. My org has not paid for Copilot Studio but from what I understand, using it in teams is free.

Hi @AverySpice

A few things to check:
1. Make sure the flow are created inside a solution (the same solution as the copilot)
2. Refresh the copilot
