I bought one license for Power apps but can´t login, check attached screenshot.

    Is License assigned ?
    • Visit: https://admin.microsoft.com → Users → Active Users
    • Select your account and confirm that the Power Apps license is assigned.
    • If it’s not assigned, click "Licenses and Apps" and assign it manually.
     
    go to https://admin.microsoft.com > Help & Support, and ask Microsoft support to "provision Power Platform for my user.
     
    You can also connect to the Microsoft Support to.

    The Image might have your complete username please mask it. 
     
    I understood you have the license assigned, lets try few things.
     
    • The environment which you are trying to access is your account added ? If not add it  (User + Permissions -> Users) or ask admin to add it.
    • Navigate to the portal.office.com/account click subscriptions check the license are showing .
    • Also try the thing in incognito mode .
     
    Power Apps license assignments are typically reflected within minutes to an hour, but it can take up to 24 hours for the change to fully propagate across all Microsoft services. New purchases or entitlements related to Microsoft 365 Apps might take up to 72 hours.

    The license may be assigned but not yet assigned,
    The page said upcoming changes for the particular tab.
    It takes a while for the changes to be provisioned. I don't remember how long.
