Flows not showing in canvas app

I have a created a canvas power app with flows added to it. I had it created a few months back and significant changes to it. A few weeks back I had created a solution with this app added.

Now I had created a new flow. I deleted the old flow and want to add the new flow, but when I try to add the new flow to the app I get the following:

I don't see any flows. I have removed the app from the solution and have deleted the solution. But to no avail.

How ever if I created a new canvas app and try to add the flows, I see all the flows in the environment.

Please advice. Thanks

Can you try to add the flows to the same solution as your canvas app?

I have deleted the solution from the current environment and also from the environment that I exported it to

I don't know if this is the best practice. But the following is what I have done to resolve the issue.

In the app in question. I commented out all the references of any flows. I then exported the app as package. I set the Import Setup to Create as New and then clicked on Export.

Then from the environment I imported the app zip file. Clicked on Action and gave a different Resource Name, and then clicked Import. After a few minutes the new app was available just like the old one. And I could see all of the flows.

Like I mentioned I don't know if this is the best practice. But if anyone knows the right way to do it. please share.

    Thank you

Deleting solution doesn't mean deleting the flows and app you can still add to them to same solution and give it a try
