How do I add additional Owners/creators to a Test bot I have set up, allowing us to co-develop?

this week shared my Copilot multiple time, here are the steps:

    • Open Copilot Studio: Navigate to the Copilot Studio portal where you’ve set up your bot.

    • Go to Bot Settings:

      • Select your test bot from the list.
      • Open the bot's settings or configuration panel.
    • Add Collaborators:

      • Look for an "Owners" or "Collaborators" section within the settings. This is where you can manage permissions.
      • Use the Add Owners/Collaborators option to invite additional users. You’ll need their Microsoft 365 email addresses.
      • Specify the level of permissions they should have (e.g., Owner or Contributor) to allow full co-development access.
    • Assign Permissions:

      • Once added, ensure they have the Edit or Co-owner permissions as per your requirements. Some setups may also allow setting permissions for specific bot areas, like knowledge assets or configurations.
    • Save Changes:

      • Confirm and save your changes. The invited users should now see the bot in their own Copilot Studio portal under Shared Bots or Collaborative Bots and can start co-developing.

    • Open the copilot you want to share in Copilot Studio. On the top menu bar near settings, select the More icon () and then select Share.

    • If you share, by default the new person will have the editor privileges.

    Hey!
Adding more makers to your Copilot for collaborative development is super easy. When you share a Copilot with individual users, they get permission to view, edit, configure, share, and publish it. But they won’t be able to delete it.
