Hello, I have uploaded 3 PDF files to my CoPilot so that it can learn from them and answer questions. However, when I try to ask any question, I don't get any response. What is the problem? Why doesn't it read the documents?
You can upload files directly into the bot. It should support Word files and might support PDFs although straight text files are recommended. I would recommend extracting the text from the PDFs and trying again. I've done that, to be honest. I used Google AI Studio Chat, and it read the same PDF perfectly. When I ask any question, it answers perfectly. But I don't know why the chatbot from CoPilot doesn't recognize the question. The file is a public PDF of tariff classifications, and the question I'm asking is for it to tell me which tariff classification mango belongs to. However, it doesn't give me any response, even though it's a very simple question. I want to use copilot studio because my company use the microsoft environment.
