Was just wondering if Microsoft is giving any free Powerapps which corporate clients can use as a base to change according to their needs?
Nothing other than what is already published in the Power Apps studio. There are some pre-built applications in App Source, but those aren't really templates and many of them aren't free.

@Z_Lukowski There are over 20 templates you can customize in Power Apps Studio. They cover off most of the basic reasons to build an app. Check them out!
