Business Card Reader in Model Driven App

I'm building a Model-Driven app in PowerApps and when I add the Business Card Reader component, it prompts me to map the outputs to my data model.  I was able to map all fields to the columns in my table with the exception of phone numbers.  The Fax field allows me to map to a standard text field but Business Phone and Mobile Phone just state that there are no columns available to map to.  I tried several different fields with various formats including Text with phone formatting and could not get anything to appear in the drop-down for mapping Business Phone or Mobile Phone from the Business Card Reader component.  Has anyone else seen this and/or resolved it?

Thanks!

Hello, @rschwenk , Where are the Data types of your Business Phone and Mobile Phone columns?

All of my phone number fields are "Phone Number".  I also tried changing them to "Single line of text" and that didn't help.  For fun, I created a field in the table for each data type possible and I could not get anything to appear in the field drop-down for mapping the output for Business Phone or Mobile Phone.
