Then I try to access PVA site I get this error
Something went wrong we could not load your environment. Please refresh your browser.
I have tried to use InPrivate browser I have also cleared browser cache and used a different browser but got the same error.
Check with your Power Platform Admin to see what the status of that environment is in the admin center. If the environment hasn't been deleted or disabled I think you'll need to open a support ticket to get this resolved.
