Hi Community
Any body know how frequently the transcript is published in to CDS Entity "Conversation Transcript". In one of my environment when I checked, I saw a difference of ~6hrs based on the chat start time. Is that expected? I don't see any documentation on this.

Conversation transcripts take a minimum of 6 hours to reach CDS.
