Hi Gurus -

We have a Copilot agent published in MS Teams using SharePoint as knowledge and it's working as expected. However, our users are now requesting that the citation include the document title and document name.

Is it possible to create a custom citation format that includes the document title and document name? If so, how?

Please help a newbie copilot agent developer. :)

Hello,

unfortunately, it's a limitation on the Teams side that it's shown a bit differently than in a test window, for example. Are you using generative answers to provide the output to the users? If yes, then you could save the model's output to the variable, extract all the necessary details about the citations and maybe... send it out with something like: "I've used {DOCUMENT USED} to give you this data".
