I am using the following formula to retrieve and display files from a SharePoint library sub-folder in a Gallery.The Gallery is showing both the folder and sub-folder contents. Is there a way to edit the formula so that ONLY the files in the sub-folder are shown in the Gallery?The '1' in the Gallery is the folder level content, the '2' is the sub-folder level content.
Folder and Sub-Folder images -
@Phineas ,
If you want to do any interaction with a SharePoint Library involving folder or file names, you need to be aware that queries on both are not Delegable. The easiest way to overcome this is to include the folder name/s in field/s in the Library metadata (I have one with three levels of folders). This can be done with Power Automate when the file is created.
You can then easily query the field/s in a Delegable manner.

So, add this column to the Folder?
Then add an 'Update Action' in the flow that adds the actual folder name to the above circled?
Yes - then you can query on that field.
Do I need to add this column at both levels or only at the top?
I use a separate field for each level as storing the full path means querying with a full string containing this (which is possible if you want to go that way), however if the sub-folder is has a unique name (no other subfolder under any other folder has the same name), you can query this field only.
