Hello,
I have a check box(cbox) and people picker field(account), and I want to reset(account) on cbox.oncheck; however, this formula is not working for me. I have also tried setting Oncheck = "UpdateContext({ resetAccount: true }); UpdateContext({ resetAccount: false })" and account.Reset = resetAccount but also didn't work. Any ideas
Hi @Anonymous,
Just to verify, is the picker's Default property set to "" (or whatever you'd want to reset it to), and the checkbox's OnCheck function is not wrapped in quotes?
Let me know,
sephilli
Hi sephilli,
Picker Default = Parent.Default and the oncheck formula is not wrapped in quotes I apologize for that.
I'm not sure what Parent.Default is set to in this instance, so I would either verify that to be what you'd like the picker to be reset to when you hit check, or probably even better, change the Picker.Default value to what you'd like it to reset to.
Post back if this doesn't work
Picker.Default is looking for a record, entering "" is invalid.
Thanks for the feedback.
I tested from my side and it seems the ReSet property of the lookup type control not working as expected.
I have feedbacks sent from my side, and will share the updates here once I got any response.
Regards,
Michael
Hi @v-micsh-msft,
Thanks for the update, I can sleep for now.
The Reset property for the newly changed control of the Lookup field now works.
Would you please take a check?
