Yes, It is possible to print a form from a model driven app.

If you are using latest version of Chrome browser, a quick way to do this could be:

    1) With the Model Driven Form open, go ahead and click and drag cursor to select the whole form (but not anything above or o the left of it), should look something like this below after you do this where the whole form has blue selection boxes throughout it:

    select_form.png

    2) Next, press CTRL+P or select Print from the menu

    3) Then, click "Selection Only" in the Print Options

    4) The printout now should  include the whole model driven form. Whereas if you did not do this selection step, it might not include it and be cut off by scroll bar. When you do the steps like this, it would include all of the form.

If your scenario is more complex and this would not work for you, please share more details of it.

Here is also alternate way in case:

    Dynamics 365 "Create PDF" functionality

It is possible you may prefer a different way such as Dynamics 365's Create PDF file from record offered by Microsoft out of the box. However, this may require a Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise license  - it may not be possible with just a Power Apps license, because this might be Dynamics 365 specific functionality. Also, it does require some initial configuration and set up of a) getting the right licenses for Dynamics 365 and purchasing them b) enabling the feature c) configuring the Entities, and d) configuring the templates - so it is not really as quick as the above way I gave. However, depending on your scenario, you may still prefer this way. It would depend on your scenario.
