Can't access default actions that copilot studio comes with

I am currently on a developer environment in the United States region trying to access the default actions and connectors that copilot studio comes with. However, when trying to add an action, I only get this one option

I know that copilot studio comes with some default ones like the excel connector and I would really like to use them. Is this a permissions issue or something that I need to get sorted? I checked the filters and that wasn't the problem.

I test it in my side , it works good, Can you check if you select the "Connectors" in the Filter option?

I've already checked the filters, that is not the issue here.
