Subject says it short and sweet.
Long version-- I've got a guy, who has three diff compaines under 3 different tenents-that he will NOT bring under a single tenet- and he would like me to build 1 app to get all the data...so all 3 diffrent tenets can log into. is that possible?
You can create the app, export it, and then import it to the other tenants, but there is no way to create a single app that spans tenants.
This sounds like the exact scenario that Guest Access was created for. Would the one "master" tenant allow users of the others to be guest users in Azure AD? Fortunately, the PowerApps licensing in the user's "home" tenant still applies, so a second license isn't needed.
