Inactivity Trigger not working

Hello, 

I have set up a topic with an inactivity trigger, to display a message after 5 minutes, but it doesn't work. I have looked at the priority, conditions and other properties of the trigger, and everything looks good. 

Is there any issue currently with this trigger, or is there any configuration that must be set up that I'm not aware of? currently there is not much documentation about this trigger.

    Replying to myself...I noticed out that the inactivity trigger doesn't work in the test chat box within the designer. But if you test the chatbot in the demo website it works. Not sure whether this is by design or an issue. Hope we can get some clarification from product group.

    Hello,
     
    Have you tried providing the Priority when you setup the Inactivity trigger?
     
    Set up an Inactivity trigger.
     
     
     
    Set the Priority value as 0 since it gives the top priority.

    That is correct, the inactivity trigger won't work when testing your agent in Copilot Studio, but I can confirm it will work once deployed to a channel.
     
    This used to work and I faced the same issue when making changes to my own agent.
