Support for citation links and thumbs up/down buttons in Teams

Hi,

I've been testing the generative answers via file upload in Copilot studio and noticed that if bot is published to MS Teams channel, the citation links become empty and thumbs up/down capability to rate answers is not there. Is there any way to enable that currently?

Is there any update on upvote/downvote button? I can't see them in my copilot in teams, the buttons are there in test pane however.

I thought the data behind those buttons is then reflected in bot analytics, since i saw a separate tab for 'boosted conversations' in the analytics tab. The expectation would be for users to be able to send feedback for generated answers that we could review and take action if some content is incorrect.

    Hi @inzil2k

The thumb up/down options only work in the test pane -- this help Microsoft evaluate the right / wrong responses in your test canvas. It's not available anywhere, once you deploy your chatbot (to Microsoft Teams or to a website, for example).

Would love to understand what your expectation is for thumbs up and down buttons?

Just like citations, you can rebuild a similar experience using adaptive cards, but I'd love know what happens when a user clicks on any of the options?

    Henry
