Choice column from SharePoint On prem list missing

Hi all,

I have a SharePoint On-prem list and established the connection using gateway to the required SharePoint site. But When I see in the Dataverse table I see that the column type of Choice are missing in it. Whether I am missing in the configuration or is it due to the limitation that the Choice fields are not exported. Any help on this appreciated.

Thank you in advance.

Regards,

Rayudu K

    Hi @rayudu ,

Can you please clarify a bit here?  You are mentioning establishing a connection with an on premises SharePoint list and then you are mentioning Dataverse (which is a different type of connection).  Are you doing a Dataflow here to bring data from the On-Premises SharePoint list to Dataverse?  What do you mean by the Choice files are not exported?

Sorry for all the questions, just need more help to understand your exact situation.

    HI Drew,

Thank you for responding, let me be precise here below:

    1) Installed the gateway and established the connection to SharePoint On-Prem

    2) I have given the URL for the Site and able to get the SharePoint List reference under Data Verse -> Table

    3) In the SharePoint On-Prem list I have a choice field called Status with Values (Initiated, Pending, Approved)

    4) In Power Apps under Table when I opened the referenced table I do not see the Status field

    5) Due to which I cannot add that field in the Power Page.

    Hope I am clear now.
