Unable to locate Figma in Make.Powerapps.com portal

Hi All,
 
I am trying to design an app using Figma and convert it to Power Apps. However, when I tried to start my work, I noticed that the Figma option is not available like the below screen capture.
 
 
Instead I got the below features.
 
 
I have an Microsoft 365 E5 license from the Microsoft 365 Partner Program and I'm using it for non-production projects only.
 
Could someone please help me to solve this issue?

    Click on the Start with a page design...
    That will take you to the Create an app page. if you scroll down a bit you will see the start with an image or Figma file
