Help with Conditions in PVA

Hi,

I am new to PVA. I am working on a chatbot in teams to show some excel fields to user . I have got the Power automate section working. The issue that I am facing is the condition of PVA

The workflow returns 3 variables

the issue is the chatbot never goes to the 2nd if the statement of the condition although the variable is true

I am not sure what I am missing

Any help is much appreciated

Can you provide some additional information please. Which specific variable is returning true, is it VarExistUtility or VarExistNotFiled?
