Why is the Power Apps Environment Pipeline not visible after some time in the Power Apps Portal?

I am using Power Platform Admin Account for creating Environment Pipeline. I am following below steps:

  1. Create Environment Pipeline with the name Pipeline Group. Non Managed and Production Type.
  2. Install Power Platform Pipelines Apps in Pipeline Group
  3. Go to the Power Apps Portal and add respective Environment and Pipeline information.

I have done the above steps multiple times and found below issues:
  1. Sometimes Environment is not Visible at all in Power Apps Portal
  2. Sometimes Power Deployment Pipelines Configuration Apps not exists, there will be no Apps

I have been trying to troubleshoot this issue for the past few days and have not been able to resolved it yet.

Microsoft admits. that they are aware with this issue that sometimes environments appear as missing from the environment list in the Power Apps Makers and Amin Portal.
Way Around: The solution is that we need to save the Environment ID at the time creation and access it directly via URL as below:
