Unable to connect to Facebook channel

Hi

I am trying to connect to the Facebook channel from the manage channels page but I get an error:

“We couldn’t get to the Facebook channel. Please try again later.

Diagnostic Trace ID: ig/YR

Any ideas?

Hi @Jonnyphoto ,

Did you resolve your issue?
Please, check on the Facebook:
- The App ID is the same
- The token is the same that you use or the token is expired
- Subscription is activated
- Your app is On
- You activated the "Allow...API"
