Hi
We are starting our CoPilot journey and just setting up a basic bot.

We want to setup the flow below but having trouble getting it to work

1)When a user opens the chat bot we want it to say "Hello we can help with the following topics"

2) Bot then list 4 Topics/options as buttons
3) User then selects on 1 of the Topics
4) Bot list 4 more topics as buttons
5) User selects one of the topic buttons and is given a message saying "here if you answer"

Anyone know if the above it possible - we are basically just looking for a way to display buttons that take you to the some sub buttons and then get a answer

Thanks

Search the System Topics for the Conversation Start topic. Edit that and remove the message action and replace it with a question with 4 multiple choice answers.

That will add a condition for each choice.  From there you can add additional logic or redirect users to a different custom topic. I would break it up and do the redirect. It will look like this

    Thanks that works great

We noticed that the topic BUTTONS are go along the bottom - do you know if it possible to display them vertically for the user eg
    Topic 1

    Topic 2

    Topic 3

    At the moment it goes
    Topic1   Topic 2    Topic 3

    Thank you

Without creating your own adaptive card I don't think there is any way to change that default formatting.  Here's an article on creating an adaptive card. Interactive Adaptive Cards (preview) - Microsoft Copilot Studio | Microsoft Learn
