Hi @Hussnain ,
Microsoft 365 F3 License provides access to a variety of features
Microsoft Dataverse (formerly Common Data Service):
- With an F3 license, you have read access to Dataverse tables, but you cannot create custom tables or modify existing ones.
- You can use standard entities and predefined tables, but customization options are limited.
Power Automate (formerly Flow):
- The F3 license allows you to run flows created by others, but you cannot create your own flows.
- You won’t be able to create complex workflows or automate custom processes directly within Power Automate.
Power Pages (formerly Portals):
- Unfortunately, Power Pages (portals) are not included in the F3 license. You need a different license (such as Power Apps Per App or Power Apps Per User) to create and manage portals.
Custom Plugins:
- Custom plugins (server-side code) are not available with the F3 license. You’ll need a higher-level license (such as Power Apps Per User or Power Apps Per App) to develop and deploy custom plugins.
In summary, while the Microsoft 365 F3 License provides access to some features, it has limitations in terms of customization and development capabilities. If you require full access to all the features you mentioned, consider upgrading to a different license that better aligns with your needs.
