Hello
I cannot find anything that works for this. All I need is when a user submits an entry, their record is at the top of the gallery. I don't want them scrolling all the way to the bottom for the most recent.
Or if there is a way they can edit one record everytime. (right now The gallery makes a new record for any edits. I want one gallery record when they edit)

First of to to show the most recent record at top you can Sort the gallery on Date.
To able to update a record in your data source you need the a record for that.
This is creates a record in the IceCream data source:

Patch( IceCream, Defaults( IceCream ), { Flavor: "Strawberry" } )
This code modifies a record in the IceCream data source:
Patch( IceCream, LookUp( IceCream, Flavor = "Chocolate" ), { Quantity: 400 } )
The difference is the second paramater. Defaults always creates a record in your datasource.
