Tablist: missing tabs

I created a tablist that uses a table for items in the list. In this case there many items in that list. As in dozens, not hundreds or thousands.

I've set up an icon to search ascending or descending. In any case, the tablist shows 16 tabs, and then 3 dots. If I'm looking for something not displayed and click the three dots, I get a vertical list with another 17 available items. There are probably another 80 or so missing. If I invert sorting I get the other end of the item list, but the same issue. I can get round this issue using a search box, but is there any way to know why this happens? I expected to be able to move over to the right, or get that vertical list and scroll the list.

Hi @STS1SS ,

If you only have dozens, you can use a Horizontal gallery with buttons for the tabs (just set the top Border Radius items and not the bottom) the width of the screen and the user can scroll to the right side items. YOU could also consider simply making the whole lot a Combo Box - note that any Search here is limited by your Delegation limit.

So, are you saying there is a limit to the number of tabs which tablist can display?

There is not a lot of documentation on it (it is still in Preview), so I do not know the answer to that.

OK, the doc doesn't say much... kinda curious really.

How about changing what the tab (title) shows. I can't seem to change that either, doesn't look like I can put anything ON the tab page either?
