How to feed unanswered questions by my chat bot (built on Power Virtual agent) to a SharePoint Online list.
Any guidance is much appreciated.
Unanswered questions should end up in a system fallback topic eventually. You can add a custom system fallback topic that would pass the question to a Power Automate flow that could add it to a SharePoint list.
