Hi everyone,

I have a few dev envs that are consistently being used for development of new solution. Recently I got an email with the following subject line "Your environment will be disabled in 7 days due to inactivity". I'm not sure what to do to prevent it from disabling... Any suggestions? Has anyone delt with this before? Can I disable this auto cleanup rule for certain envs?

Power Platform provides a cleanup mechanism that automatically removes from your tenant that are left inactive.

By default, administrators have 30 days to re-enable an environment. An environment disabled for 30 days is automatically deleted.

Administrators have seven days to recover a deleted environment.

Hi @pae1

I am actually seeing this myself, where environments that are in fact being used (Developer only) are telling me this, including the one I am using to answer peoples questions.

I have sent in a bug report. However, until they do something, I continue to simply to use it. I have yet to be deleted. But just be safe and make sure someone is creating something, publishing etc.
