Authentication Fails when trying to sign in to PowerAutomate

Hi there, We are a Dynanics 365 Gold Partner and CSP attempting to use Power Automate for the first time.

I am the Global Admin and have an Office 365 E3 license assigned, yet when I try and Power Automate, i Receive the Authentication Failed Error with this additional information:

Error: AADSTS500014: The service principal for resource 'https://service.flow.microsoft.com/' is disabled. This indicate that a subscription within the tenant has lapsed, or that the administrator for this tenant has disabled the application, preventing tokens from being issued for it.

I have tried to find the Microsoft Flow Service under Azure AD Enterpise Apps with App ID 7df0a125-d3be-4c96-aa54-591f83ff541c, bit is not present.

How do get this provisioned in our tenant?

Some help please,

Thanks

Theo

    Hi @theo-stock ,

    Try and got to:

    1. Azure portal > Enterprise application.
    2. Search "PowerApps and Flow"- Select it
    3. Check Properties - if "Enabled for users to sign-in" is not enabled- Enable it.

    Thanks @rimatos

That is the problem - the Microsoft Flow Service has been de-provisioned in our tenant (i.e It is not even there at all).

I'm fairly sure that is a bug in the de-provisioning logic, as we have 90 MPN benefits O365 licenses assigned, but cancelled a Paid-for subscription in the same tenant.

How do I get Microsoft to re-provision it, I wonder?

    Thanks

    Theo

    Hi @theo-stock ,

I would say that the best option would be to open a case inside the Microsoft Partner Center so our billing Team can take a look at this.  If this still does not get solve they will most likely redirect you through technical support to take a look at the issue.

    Hope this helps!

    Regards,

    Ricardo

Thanks for the suggestion @rimatos , I did do that but CSP Support are not able to fix that, so pointing me at the Azure Support.

I'll feed back to the community on what the resolution was.. I'm sure there must one out there !

    Thanks

    Theo
