Name field in dynamics crm,

Greetings,

When i create a new entity, the name field is set to required

I want to get rid of the name field in dynamics CRM

How do i achieve this requirement?

Please guide

    You can make it Optional (just edit the Attribute/Column and change the Required setting) and then set it not visible on forms - you may also be able to set it to not be available to search (so it doesn't show in Advanced find etc).  But do note, that the Name field is what is used in Lookups by default (so usually you keep it and populate it with something - you can even autonumber the name field now)
