scrollbar is wierd

Hi i made a app and i got something wierd about the scrollbars. i dont know how to fix this. the horizontal one doesnt even go to the end.

    To me this looks like you have a control in Container or embedded, so it goes to its own bottom, but wont go past the Parent thing its in.
