Dynamic textfield in Editing mode

Hello Guys

Im facing an issue where i cant find a solution that fits my needs.

I have a sharepoint form with different fields.

Viewing mode:

When i open the entry in the list the form opens. When the text in a field is longer i can press "colaps" and it will show the whole text easy to read, without the need of scrolling on the right side (see screenshot).

Editing mode:

The scenario is the same. I open the entry in the editing mode, but here i cant say "colaps" on the bottom left. I need to scroll thru the text and have to search for the passage i wanna change. That is really annoying when the text is long. (see screenshot)

Is there a way to make the field larger so i can read all the text? Or is there a way that i get the "colaps" thing in the editing mode too? When i try to change it with power automate, i dont see where i can make changes only in the editing mode!?

can someone help?

thanks in advance

You can edit this Sharepoint integrated form app to make the card and text field larger on the screen. If you haven't done this already, double click on a list item and make this selection to begin editing:

    Hope that helps,

    Hey Bryan

Thank you for your reply. I already tried to change it with PA but i have no clue how to only change it in the editing mode. Do you have any idea?

You can make the height/width of controls & cards dependent on conditions. For example,:

    If(Form1.DisplayMode = Edit,160,20)

This code in a Height property will change the height from 160 to 20 depending on the mode of the form. You could manipulate the Height property of your input text control in this same way.
