I created a flow (it worked with another API), but with the one I want to use now it's giving me an error: "Enter a valid uri". See screenshot.

It looks like the url is invalid, like the error message states. What type of address are you trying to connect to?
Is it by any chance pointing to a local address without a domain name? For example: http://localhost/test won't work.
Can you share the address so we can get an idea of the value you are using, obfuscate/hide parts of the address were needed.
No, it's not local It's a server address. We have a gateway and a local API. How can we tell PowerApp to connect to that API using that gateway?
As far as I am aware the out of the box HTTP action can't consume local server addresses. In that case I would create a custom connector for this.
I have also seen somebody using the HTTP with Azure AD for this, that might also be worth a shot?

Issue solved. We created API from Postman, and used our gateway to validate.
